In August, the most high-budget housing in the capital city of Russia was leased in the area of the Moscow International Business City (Moscow City) for 650,000 rubles ($9,500) a month.




This data was provided by experts at Incom Real Estate company, Interfax news agency reported on Friday. The analysts have clarified that this is about a three-room apartment with an area of 200 square meters situated in of Moscow City towers on the Presnenskaya embankment. The apartment has an individual decoration, with its windows overlooking the Moscow River.

An apartment with a price of 550,000 rubles (8,100) a month comes in second place. This is a 4-room apartment located in a modern brick house in Bolshoy Tishinsky Lane. The apartment has an area of 200 square meters, including an office, bedroom, living room and studio (65 square meters) with a fireplace.

A lot at the price of 500,000 rubles is among top three apartments leased out in a business class residential compound situated on Leningradsky Prospekt, near the Dynamo metro station. The two-storey apartment with an area of 600 square meters has nine rooms. There is also an underground garage designed for three cars.

For comparison, in August 2018, the average cost of leasing single-room apartments of economy class amounted to 31,670 rubles ($467), according to Miel Arenda company.
