"Unicorn" company, the developer of the digital platform for Ujin smart buildings, and "Safety Smart Home" company, which is represented on the market by the IQON trademark, have signed a strategic partnership agreement, under the terms of which "SSH" became the official representative of Ujin solutions in Uzbekistan.
Two comfortable residential complexes in the center of Tashkent will be the pilot projects of smart buildings, which are being built by the development company First Development Group. To implement the "pilot" residential complexes, "Manhattan" and "Parkent Plaza" will be connected to the Ujin platform, residents will have access to digital services and management of smart infrastructure of houses through a single mobile application. Sets of smart devices will also be installed in the apartments of the Manhattan residential complex.
As part of the partnership, it is also planned to open a Ujin smart home showroom in Tashkent. Visitors will be able to test the operation of Ujin devices for room automation. For example, lighting and sockets control, heating, climate control, compatible household and air conditioning appliances, cornices, as well as a water leakage protection system.
