About 90 overpasses are planned to be built in Moscow before 2020, at a total value of 222.7 billion rubles.
The Mayor’s press agency has reported to Construction.ru that the Moscow government and the Moscow region are working on implementing overpass construction projects via a public-private partnership (PPP), on account of the high demand for them and the limited budget with which to build them. This program will be realized in several stages.
The first stage is the construction of 4 overpasses, with work to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2016 / the first quarter of 2017. The second stage will be the construction of 10 objects, starting in the first quarter of 2016.
