Samara. Our personal correspondent in the Volga Federal District, Nikolay Astrahantcev, talks to the Governor of the Samara region, Nikolay Merkushin, who has held talks with representatives of the “Langban” corporation in Moscow.
As reported today in Construction.ru and by the regional press service, a Chinese company has proposed the building of a modern Palace of winter sports with a stadium for 344 spectators in the region. It is anticipated that during the construction of the facility, the most advanced technology will be used. It will be an inflatable building wherein the role of bearing and mounting rails will play a part in filling the construction with air.
The Chinese business representatives assured everyone that the complex will be comfortable and safe, and perfectly able to withstand snow loads.
