The Russian Housing and Development Foundation presented its annual accounts at the meeting of the Foundation supervisory board, which took place on April 22nd and was chaired by the Minister of Construction and Utilities, Mikhail Menn.
As Construction.ru was told by the press service of the Ministry of Construction, the Federal Housing Construction Promotion Fund fulfilled its basic tasks asspecified by its activity program for 2014.
During 2014, the Russian Housing and Development Foundation commercialized 219 locations with a total areaof 5,989.7 hectares in 48 RF regions, including 173 land parcels for housing construction.
In total, 3,816.7 hectares of land parcels were presented at Russian Housing and Development Foundation auctions. This was 45% of the total area of land parcels presented for housing construction at RF auctions.
During 2014, the Russian Housing and Development Foundation also made decisions on the transfer of land parcels with a total area of 121.7 hectares to 17 cooperative housing societies for fixed-term use without consideration.
212 projects covering an area of 12,269.26 hectares in 52 RF regions are now at the stage of integrated development. As a result of the integrated development projects implementation of the Russian Housing and Development Foundation’s land parcels during the period of 2010-2015, 4,144 mln square meters of dwelling went into operation in 16 RF regions.
The Director General of the Russian Housing and Development Foundation, Alexander Braverman, the Director General of JSC AHML, Alexander Plutnik, the First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on land relations and construction, Martin Shakkum, and Russian Housing and Development Foundation board members took part in the meeting.
