He also has a plot of land for private construction of 0.364 hectares and a house of 272.8 sq.m.The minister's spouse earned 23.593 million rubles last year. She has two apartments (114.7 and 50.5 sq.m) and a parking space (18.1 sq.m) as well as two seasonal land plots (0.35 and 0.15 hectares) – in total, 1.106 thousand sq.m. All of the real estate owned by Menn’s family is in Russia. The minister owns a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport car and Arctic Cat TRV 700 Limited all-terrain vehicle. His wife has a Land Rover.
