6.9m m2 out of a preplanned 9m m2 has been put in operation in Moscow since the beginning of the year.
As Construction.ru was told by Head of the Urban Development Policy Department, Sergei Liovkin, 3m m2 of the total volume is housing. Another 1.6m m2 is industrial real estate.
By now, about 2.5m m2 are at the stage of construction-readiness: buildings with connected engineering networks are ready. Only the documentation remains to be completed. According to Liovkin, Moscow will fulfill its plan for putting real estate in operation in 2015.
