In Krasnodar, the first stage of the township "Green Coast", which is being constructed in the city with financial resources from Austrian investors, was initiated yesterday.
As reported by Construction.ru via the regional press service, the project will have 300 cottages with a total area of 40 thousand sq. m. The township will also have all of the necessary infrastructure and also a shopping center, kindergarten, restaurant, cafe, athletic fields and walking zones. The total amount of investment in the project is 1.5 billion rubles. All objects will be put into operation in 2018.
