In the Omsk region, construction has begun on a plant for the production of prefabricated houses based on German technology.As reported today by Construction.ru via the regional press service, the first pile was hammered in on the building site in the village of Krouch in the Azov area on June 2nd. The regional authorities allocated to the builder a land plot which is already provided with electricity, water and gas. According to the plan, installation and construction works will be complete at the end of 2015. After that, installation of the production equipment will begin.The production of the first house is planned for 2016 and the new plant will need 25 specialists. The technology of the German company Wolf System GmbH allows one to build a house comprised of modules produced at the plant over several days. When the plant is operating at full capacity, the company will produce up to 200 sets of prefabricated homes per year.
