A unique recreation zone with a beach and a stadium will be built for 141 m rubles in the Belgorod region.
As Construction.ru was told by the regional press office, the construction site will be located in Rakityansky district on the bank of the artificial lake. The investor has rented 12.5 hectares of land and is going to develop the territory for rest and recreation. In particular, there will be walking and beach zones, a stadium, basketball and volleyball grounds, etc.
A café and tents for barbeques will be located on the territory. The project investment will total 141 m rubles.
