The Head of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities, Mikhail Menn, will take part in the opening ceremony of PROEstate 2015, the 9th International Investment Forum for Realty, which will take place from September 7th – 9th in Moscow.
As Construction.ru was told by the Ministry press office, Menn will also take the floor at the plenary sitting “Cities and regions: the challenge is accepted”. The forum will unite more than 5,000 Russian and international investors, developers, authority representatives, heads of large Russian and foreign companies, experts and leading representatives from business communities.
This year the forum events are dedicated to the issue of state policy in the sphere of territorial and urban planning.
Ministry representatives and experts will discuss the issues of comfortable environment creation, the creation of transparent mechanisms for housing construction financing, investment attraction in realty projects and the reduction of administrative barriers. The forum will open on September 7th in the Congress Park of the Radisson Royal Hotel, Moscow
