The Russian Highways state company, abbreviated to “Avtodor”, has announced a tender for the construction, maintenance and repair of a section of the Moscow–Saint Petersburg motorway (M11), i.e. the section from 58 to 149 km.
The cost of the work is estimated at 74.5 bln roubles, Avtodor’s press office told Construction.ru.
The tender applications are being received until the 27th of June 2016, and the results will appear next year. The winner will get a signed long-term investment agreement for the period until 2038.
The 58 – 149 km section of the toll motorway will pass through the territory of the Moscow and Tver regions. The highway will be divided into four lanes.
Moreover, seven highway junctions are planned to be constructed.
