The authorities of Ufa, the capital city of the Republic of Bashkortostan, have put on auction two land plots intended for the construction of a powerful plant producing tubes.
According to the documents of the Land and Property Department of the Ufa city administration, which have been published on Monday, the initial auction price was 6,292 m roubles.
Two land plots with a total area of 34,559 m2 are situated on Proizvodstvennaya Street, off the glass-container plant.
The construction of a plant producing polypropylene pipes is planned there. The auction is scheduled for the 4th of July.
As a reminder, Ufa is the industrial, economic, scientific and cultural center of the Republic of Bashkortostan, with a number of oil refining, chemistry, mechanical engineering enterprises.
