Moscow puts out to auction 17th century manor house

Moscow Department for Competitive Policy has announced a public auction to sell a cultural heritage site of regional significance, “Town Mansion, End of 17th Century – the Beginning of 18th Century, 19th And 20th Centuries”, says the agency’s press release.




Brick 5-storeys nonresidential building with an area of over 4,400 sq.m. is located 27 meters from the “Chistye Prudy” metro station, in the center of Moscow.

Initial lot price is 601,3 m roubles. Bid applications are received until the 1st of August, 2016. The auction is scheduled for the 3rd of August.

Investor has to conduct engineering and technical survey, accident-prevention work, develop the restoration project and when the documentation is approved, to complete all planned work.
