A detached building designed for retail purpose, which is located in south-west of Moscow, will be put up for auction on April 26, according to the Competition Policy Department of the capital city of Russia.
The building situated at the address of Profsoyuznaya str., 140 with a total area of nearly 900 square meters will be offered to investors at an initial cost of 91,6 million rubles, that is approximately $1,6 million. The building is being sold without encumbrances.
“Available developed urban plan of the land plot with an area of 1.1 hectares will allow the investor almost immediately to begin reconstruction and to create a modern store,” — the Department’s representative claims.
Analysts of commercial real estate market add that the site could be of interest to federal retailers.
