An asset in Kaliningrad, which previously housed the brewery of Heineken group of companies, is put on auction, the press office of the Russian Auction House announced on Tuesday.
Plots of land and buildings with the address at Yury Gagarin street, building 225, with an area of 7.8 hectares will be put on Dutch auction (lowering the price). Starting price of the lot is 290 million rubles ($4,4 million), the cut-off price amounts to 230 million rubles ($4,1 million).
The site is located on the north-eastern border of Kaliningrad, 2.5 km from Bolshaya Okruzhnaya Street. A total building area amounts to 29,000 square meters. The buildings are registered under the ownership, a part of the premises is rented.
Facilities for production purposes are in good technical condition and meet the requirements of modern manufacturing units.
