The Moscow authorities have put on auction belonging to them a non-residential building of the XVIII century situated on Kazanskaya street in the centre of Saint Petersburg and the adjacent plot of land, as it follows from a message of the Moscow Competition Policy Department.
“The administrative building and a parcel of land near the Griboyedov Canal in Saint Petersburg are put up for sale through the auction by the Moscow authorities. The asset is owned by the Moscow Department of Municipal Property”, - the document reads.
It clarifies that a non-residential three-storey building with an area of 3,500 square meters and the adjacent plot of land of 1.8 hectares are exhibited as a single lot. Both sites are located in Saint-Petersburg, on Kazanskaya street, 25, Litera A.
