The Housing Mortgage Finance Agency (AIZhK) of Russia has put on auction 185 hectares of land in the Russian city of St Petersburg intended for housing construction.
As Construction.RU was told by the press office of the agency, the first plot of land with an area of 79,5 hectares is situated in the town of Pushkin. About 470,000 square meters of housing can be built there, including 290,000 square meters of low-rise residential buildings and 180,000 square meters of public and social facilities.
Initial amount of the first rental payment is established at 195 million rubles, 50% of a market price for the land plot. The second lot is a plot of land with an area of 105 hectares in the town of Sestroretsk in St. Petersburg.
