KR Properties, a developer owned by Alexander Klyachin, put up for sale offices in the DM Tower business center at the Danilovskaya Manufactory complex, according to Knight Frank which will act as an exclusive consultant for transactions.

It is the first time that KR Properties offer office space for sale, not rent. DM Tower is an 18-floor business center under construction with a total area of 42,200 square meters, which is being built on the first line of the Novodanilovskaya embankment in Moscow within the third stage of the area development of the Danilovskaya Manufactory quarter.

The business center is planned to be put in operation in the first quarter of 2020. The area of office blocks will be 180-430 square meters. Today, over 50 companies have their offices at the Danilovskaya Manufactory.

As a reference, the Danilovskaya Manufactory used to be a cotton factory in the XIX center. Now it is a loft center which preserved the building’s characteristic red brick style.
