Moscow authorities have put up for auction a part of the building on Maroseyka Street located in the city’s center, which dates back to the end of the 19th century.




As the Moscow department for competition policy said on Thursday, the building in question is Shelagin's revenue house, which is situated near Kitay-Gorod metro station, at the address: 15, Maroseyka Street. A total area of ​​the facility amounts to 663 square meters. The premises for sale are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, as well as in the basement of the building.  

The building was erected in 1873 and now requires overhaul and restoration. Conducting such works will be the duty of the auction winner. It is reported that the initial cost of the space put up for sale is 89.6 million rubles ($1,4 million). Those wishing to participate in the auction should submit their applications until July 17, 2018.
