Moscow authorities have put up for auction the right of preferential rent of the outbuilding of the 18th-century manor located on the Kremlin embankment.
This was reported on Monday by RIA Novosti news agency with reference to the Moscow Department of Competition Policy. The facility is in the alleys between the Kremlin and the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. The old manor of Zotov-Alyabyev, which has the status of a federal monument, was erected in the 18th century.
The two-storey outbuilding of the manor is located at the address: Kremlin embankment, 1/9, building 10. Its total area amounts to 1,000 square meters.
The winner of the auction will receive the right to lease a building for a period of 49 years at a rate of “1 ruble per square meter.” However, it is necessary to carry out repair and restoration works beforehand.
The lot was put up for auction with an initial price of 7.47 million rubles. Those wishing to participate in the tender should submit applications by July 13, 2018. Bidding will be held on July 19.
