A company affiliated with Gazprom plans to purchase pipes for using them in the construction of the Power of Siberia trunkline.
The matter concerns a subsidiary of the Russian gas holding company — Gazprom Komplektatsiya. As Kommersant newspaper reported on Tuesday referring to the documents published on the site of public procurement, the total value of the transaction will be 47.5 billion rubles.
The purchased pipes are designed for the pipeline section running from Kovykta to Chayanda. A total of five tenders are planned to be held. The starting price of the contract for three of these tenders is 11.9 billion rubles, while for the remaining two it will amount to 8.7 billion rubles and 3.1 billion rubles, respectively. Winners of the tenders will be announced early next month.
We should remind you that earlier, Gazprom reported that the readiness of the Power of Siberia pipeline, the construction of which started four years ago, was 90.5%.
