More than 90% of the shares of a company that owns five real estate items in the Eastern Administrative District of Moscow are put up for auction.
This is stated in a message released by the city department for competition policy. According to the press release, the total area of the buildings amounts to 27,000 square meters.
“Joint-stock company Avtokombinat No. 5 owns five buildings with a total area of more than 27 thousand square meters located in the area of Sokolinaya Gora on 11, Zolotaya Street,” the department said, adding that approximately 14,000 square meters of these areas are currently leased.
Apart from that, an outdoor parking space with an area of 1,200 square meters belongs to Avtokombinat No. 5 as well.
The initial price of shares is set at the auction at 449.6 million rubles. Those wishing to take part in the auction should submit their applications no later than October 11 this year. The bidding is scheduled for October 17.
