The construction of an automobile bridge across the Amur will start in 2016.
As the Amur regional press office told Construction.ru, this will be the main issue discussed during the visit of Alexander Kozlov, head of the region, to Harbin to meet Governor of the Chinese province of Heilongjiang, Lu Hao. An agreement on the work schedule – from design to the completion of construction - is expected to be signed during the visit.
The work at the construction site will be carried out by a PPP. The project investment is planned to be 16 bln rubles (China – 6 bln, Russia – 10 bln). To remind you, 2 intergovernmental agreements on the construction of a bridge between Blagoveshchensk and Heihe (in the PRC) as well as an aerial tram link were signed on September 3rd, 2015 in the PRC.
