According to the G. Plekhanov Russian Economic University, the beginning of Moscow’s real estate market recovery will be in 2019 / 2020.
As claimed in the materials published, in 2015 / 2016 demand will be lower than supply, mergers and prices. In 2017 / 2018 these indices will fall critically. Developers will react by decreasing the amount of area put in operation, adhering to a more conservative policy, constructing only the most commercially profitable objects and tending not to initiate new projects for some time. But in 2019 the situation will stabilize and in 2020 recovery will start.
