The famous developers Zarakh Iliev and God Nisanov are heading the ratings list for realty kings, according to Forbes




The information was published on their website. It remarked that the incomes of these two persons are evaluated at $1.115 bln.  

The principal real estate objects owned by the businessmen are the “Food City” (610,000 m2) and “Sadovod” (145,000 m2) trade complexes, the “European” trade and amusement center (109,000 m2) and the "Radisson Royal Ukraine" hotel (535 apartments).

They are followed by Ingvar Kamprad, the “IKEA Mos” owner. The company has received $680m from letting real estate. The businessman’s main objects are “Mega Belaya Dacha” (225,000 m2) and “Mega Khimki” (175,000 m2). The total trade area is 1.7m m2

Third place is occupied by Samvel Karapetyan’s “Tashir” company, with a rental income of $610m.  

Mikhail Getseriev, Sait-Salam Getseriev, and Mikail Shishkhanov of the “BIN” group, with incomes of $430m, are at fourth position.  

Boris Mints and Alexander Nesis (O1 Properties), with an annual income of $395m, are fifth.  

The sixth place is occupied by Sharuk Tara and Sinan Tara from the Turkish Enka company, with an income of $380m.

Aras Agalarov (Crocus Group) is at seventh. His income is $365m. The Khotins, Yury and Alexei, owners of the “Complex Investments” company, with an income of $325m, are eighth in the ratings. Amiran Mutsoev, Alikhan Mutsoev, and Amitkhan Mori from “Regions” GC, with $250m, are ninth, and Alexander Kliachin  (KR Properties), having earned $245m in 2015, is tenth.
