The construction of a powerful timber mill, worth 3,2 bln roubles, has been completed in the north-east of the Zabaykalye territory, located in Russian East Siberia.
The manufacture has been organized within the framework of the Russian-Chinese investment project, the regional government press office told Construction.RU.
The product release is starting in the second half of 2016. Over 169 jobs will be created there.
The timber mill is built and equipped according to the priority investment project, envisaging that the Chinese company create the “Polyarnaya” timber mill complex.
The project includes the timber mill, a pulp plunt and a woodworking enterprise. The total amount of investment into the “Polyarnaya” timber mill complex will exceed 28 bln roubles.
