Sberbank CIB plans to finance the construction of the “Mitino 02” resort town in the Moscow region.
As the developer’s press office told Construction.ru on Thursday, the bank has provided a 2.96 bln rouble loan for a term of three years.
The funds will be allocated for the construction of five residential buildings and objects of engineering infrastructure within the framework of the first construction order at the Pyatnitskoye Highway.
Sberbank has already financed the erection of the “Gorod Naberezhnikh” and “Opalikha 03” residential complexes.
Sberbank CIB is an investment banking firm and a subsidiary of Sberbank, the largest bank in Russia and Eastern Europe.
