Sberbank has signed an agreement with the company “Auction House of the Russian Federation” to sell the realty of its European affiliates.
As “Vedomosti” reports, Sberbank Europe’s realty in Hungary and Croatia will be sold as a pilot project. Part of this property was acquired by the bank as repayment for credit debts. Other objects were gained from Volksbank International AG, bought by Sberbank in 2012. In total, there are about 20 realty objects. They include developers’ projects, commercial objects and housing property.
Among them is an auto dealer’s center with an area of 6,490 square meters in Zagreb. A commercial premise of 841.3 square meters and an office of 718.9 square meters are also to be sold there.
Sberbank works in 9 European countries: Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Germany and Ukraine.
