The district court of the city of Rostov-on-Don has started a criminal trial against Andrei Fass, the husband of the daughter of the Health Minister of the Rostov region, Tatyana Bykovskaya.




According to the investigators, Andrei Fass, as part of an organized crime group, has stolen 92 m roubles from the utility payments fund, the press office of the regional department of the Investigative Committee told Construction.ru on Tuesday.

In particular, from the 1st of January, 2012 to the 1st of April, 2015, the members of the group stole money transferred to the managing company’s accounts from the residents of Rostov-on-Don and Azov. The fraudsters used 60 bogus managing companies for that purpose.

Two previous court sessions were adjourned due to the non-appearance of the accused and his lawyers. The next court session is scheduled for the 16th of May.
