Three application bids for implementation of the large-scale projects for park development in Moscow have been submitted by potential investors, Head of the Moscow Department for Competitive Policy Gennady Degtev said on Thursday.
The matter concerns two recreation areas, Gloria Park and Park of Heroes, located in the districts recently adjoined to Moscow.
Gennady Degtev added that the companies, which would be engaged in implementation of the projects of parks’ areas development, are to be announced within 15 days.
According to him, that was the first time that Moscow authorities offered potential investors to implement large-scale development investment projects on the territory of a newly adjoined districts.
