Revenues of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan from leasing of a trade an office center in Moscow, Aktor Gallery, totaled 349,659,436 roubles ($5,4 m), says the Fund’s financial accounting statement of 2015.
According to the document, in 2014, the Fund received 319,690,000 roubles rental revenue. Thus, its incomes from Aktor Gallery leasing have increased by 9,4%.
“The works on the reconstruction of a part of Aktor Gallery building related the trade center continued in 2015”, - is indicated in the document.
In 2015, the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan concluded a long-term contract with one of the internationally renowned companies on leasing of Aktor Gallery trade center. According to the Fund, this company will enters upon exploitation of the rented area from March 2017, when the building’s reconstruction is completed.
The object price is estimated at 5,4 bln roubles.
