As early as in November 2016, the construction of the city’s first professional outlet-center will start in Yekaterinburg, which is the fourth largest Russian city, located on the border of Europe and Asia.
Forum Group company, which will be engaged in the construction of the object, plans to build it in the Solnechny district, on a 30-hectare land plot, at the junction of the Yekaterinburg Ring Road with the 2nd Novosibirsk Street. In fact, a huge retail town will be erected there.
Apart from the outlet, there will be food, sports and DIY hypermarkets. The first city’s outlet-center with an area of 17,000 sq.m is scheduled to be put into operation in April, 2018. The building’s project have been developed by Polish architectural bureau, AHR.
