Belaya Dacha state corporation will invest $1 bln in the construction of a business center and a residential compound in Kotelniki, the Moscow region.
This is what the Group founder, Viktor Semenov, told reporters today at the Russian Retail Week event held in Moscow.
According to Viktor Semenov, a large-scale construction activity of a 300,000 m2 of housing starts in the place of a greenhouse unit. Buildings with no more than 5 storeys are planned to be erected on this land plot. Underground parking lots, shops, parks and schools, as well as an Ice Palace will be located in this area.
The construction work is to be financed only at the company’s proper expense. Block of residential real estate is expected to be put in operation in the first turn. It will be situated close to an outlet and the Ice Palace.
