Lukoil-Komi LLC completes the construction of an oil gathering and treatment station and a water purification system at Yareg oil field, the company announced on the 13th of July 2016.
The capacity of the Yareg oil gathering and treatment station will be 1,750 m tons per year and the water purification system will produce 700 cubic m per hour.
When the facilities are put into operation, stratal waters will be purified and directed for stream generation used for oil stratum heating up.
Thus, there will be a closed technological cycle: water extraction from the natural resources will be minimized and conveying of the plant purified water to Maly Voivozh Stream will be ceased.
