Construction of the multifunctional Chinese business center “Park Huamin” has been resumed on Wielhelm Pieck Str. in Moscow, the Chairman of the Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee, Oleg Antosenko, told Construction.ru on Friday.
According to him, the contractor at the construction site has been replaced with KitaiStroi LLC.
150 of KitaiStroi specialists have set about concrete pouring in the basement slab, building of reinforced concrete columns and walls.
The under-construction complex with an area of 100,000 square meters, will host a 22 story hotel, a 12 story apartment-hotel of 100 apartments, a 4 story public building and a 21 story office building. Two underground levels will house 642 cars.
The construction is scheduled to be completed late in 2017.
