Within the framework of the Far-Eastern economic Forum, the representatives from The Far East Development Fund and Dalreo company signed an agreement for the construction of DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in the Russian city of Khabarovsk.
This project will be granted the state support, the Fund’s press office told Construction.RU on Monday. In particular, the organization considers financing of works at the construction site of the Khabarovsk first international hotel in amount of up to 500 m roubles. These funds are planned to be allocated over the period of seven years with 5% interest rates.
A total cost of the project is estimated at 2,2 bln roubles. These funds will be allocated for the construction of a multi-functional complex with offices of A Category with an area of 16,000 square meters and a 219-room hotel. These facilities will be integrated with the existing business center, fitness club, as well as trade and recreation complex.
