An investor is set to build a modern Aquapark with several swimming-pools and a hotel in the Russian city of Kemerovo. The project is estimated at 1.1 bln roubles.
Over the course of 3 years, a unique Aquapark for family recreation and sports activities will be built, the city’s administration told Construction.ru on Tuesday. The facility will operate on a 24-hour basis.
According to the plan, the recreation complex, with a total area of 14,700 m2, will include a water zone with seven swimming pools, waterslides, a complex of saunas, a 40-room hotel, a café and other leisure objects.
The builders have taken on fencing installation at the construction site.
