The Moscow region Ministry of Construction has issued a permission to put the new “Leroy Merlin” construction hypermarket in operation in Pushkino district of the Moscow region.
As Construction.RU was told by the Ministry’s press office, the merchandise space is 10,300 square meters large, and the total area of the building is 17,700 square meters. The developer of the object is “Leroy Merlin East” LLC.
To remind you, “Leroy Merlin” specializes in construction and finishing materials sales as well as tools and instruments for household and garden. The first retail shop was opened in Russia in 2004. In the coming 10 years the company intends to expand its presence in Russia up to 100 hypermarkets.
