Boom of the usage of digital navigation in advanced trade and recreation centers is more likely to be between the years of 2017 – 2018, the research of Colliers International consulting company says.
The analysts believe that, at present, Moscow and St Petersburg are at the peak of the usage of these digital technologies. Not a single trade center opens now without having digital elements inside it.
At the same time, the innovation will affect to a lesser degree small malls with an area of up to 40,000 square meters with simple vertical connecting systems, that is two groups of escalators and a number of lift’s ones.
The main factor of attraction of digital navigation is creating the image of a modern and high-technological facility.
