Moscow, the Russian capital city, was qualified for the final of World Smart City Awards in one of its categories – “The City”.
This is what the statement published today on the website of the Award’s organizing committee reads.
Moscow participates in the contest with its concept of urban services for 12,5 million residents of the city. This program makes 200 online and mobile services available to Moscow residents.
Apart from Russian capital city, the projects from China, India, Korea, the USA and the Netherlands reached the final as well.
A total number of 40 countries submitted their applications to take part in World Smart City Awards.
