Commissioning of the Moscow Central Ring has become a major infrastructure success of the year in the capital city of Russia.
This is what the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for urban policy and construction Marat Khusnullin said in an interview on Thursday.
However, he pointed out that after three months the volume of daily traffic in surface metro exceeded 300,000 passengers, while, according to the forecasts, this figure was supposed to be achieved only in a year and a half.
Compared with other countries, such metro line integrated with 11 metro lines and 9 railway lines was built only in China, said Marat Khusnullin.
