A Japanese rehabilitation center is scheduled to be opened in Vladivostok, a Russian city located not far from the country’s borders with China and North Korea, by the end of this year.

This is what the chief executive officer of JGC Corporation, which is the project’s initiator, Masanori Suzuki, said at a meeting with first Vice Governor of the Primorsky region, Vasily Usoltsev.

“We (JGC Corporation — editor’s note) plan that the territory of the center will occupy approximately 550 sq. m. At present, we are searching for premises, where the facility could be located. According to our calculations, the center will employ more than 30 specialists, who will be able to provide medical services to about 100-200 patients per day,” — the investor’s representative explained.
