A Russian operator company is likely to open a large SPA facility in the Crimean city of Yalta, in the territory of a resort complex, director of the Sales Department of the complex, Tatyana Mazaeva, told reporters.
According to her, currently the owners of the complex are holding negotiations with an interested party from Russia. The matter concerns the lease of the premises on preferential terms for a period of up to several years for the purpose to set up there SPA and fitness center with an area of 1,454 square meters. The facility has already been designed.
The expert explained that the owners decided to open a SPA facility under the control of a professional operator, so that the level of services should be consistent with the requirements of the most discerning visitors.
