The Finnish concern EKE Group has bought out a site with an area of 2,5 hectares on Ligovsky Prospekt in St. Petersburg, Russia’s second largest city, for the purpose of building there a residential compound with an office and trade center.
As Construction.RU was told by the press office of the seller’s representative, the site is located in the historic center of the city. A residential compound under the name of San Galli Park with an area of over 30,000 square meters and an office and trade center with a total area of 75,000 square meters are planned to be built there.
The project will require investments in the amount of 200 million euro.
