Issuance of e-visas to Vladivostok Free Port starts from August 1

The launch of electronic visas for visiting the free port of Vladivostok, in Russia’s Far East, is scheduled for August 1, 2017, according to the Russian Foreign Ministry.




Citizens of the following 18 countries are eligible to receive a single e-visa to Vladivostok Free Port: Algeria, Bahrain, Brunei, India, Iran, Qatar, China, South Korea, Kuwait, Morocco, Mexico, the UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Tunisia, Turkey and Japan.

An electronic visa is issued on the basis of the application filled on the dedicated website of Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs no later than four calendar days before the intended date of entry, with a digital photograph attached to the application.

No other documents are required, consular fee for visa issuance is not charged. The electronic visa is issued for a period of 30 calendar days with the permitted duration of stay of not more than 8 days.
