The reconstruction of the Moscow conservatoire named after Pyotr Chaikovsky is to be completed in 2019-2020
According to Sergei Lyovkin, Head of the Moscow Urban Development Policy Department, since 2011, when the restoration and reconstruction of the objects of the Moscow conservatoire started, a number of objects have been put in operation.
The Great Hall of the Moscow conservatoire, the so called “street building”, the Small Hall and the educational building with the White Hall have been completed.
The reconstruction and the construction of the opera studio, the first educational building, a library have been planned for the nearest future, as well as the construction of the students’ complex in Malaya Gruzinskaya street.
