Over the course of this month, construction of the most unusual shopping center in the city will be launched in the Kurchatovsky district of Chelyabinsk, in Russia.
As local media report on Friday, the facility will be put in operation until the end of 2018. An unusual building will be located on Beyvelya Street, 60.
Originally the construction area was planned to amount to about 20,000 square meters and to occupy three floors and a lower floor for underground parking. Now the design has changed and the building will be one-story with a ten-meter ceiling. The parking area has also been decreased.
The main area of the shopping center will be occupied by a hypermarket (3,000 – 4,000 sq. m). The building will have an unusual fir the city design completed in a modern style.
