Currently, 24 penthouses are offered for sale in the elite segment of Moscow, Savills reports on Friday. These facilities are located in 10 residential new buildings.
The cost of a square meter in such apartments is a maximum of 3,2 million rubles ($56,000). So, at present, the most expensive classic penthouses occupying the entire top floor are situated in new buildings at the address of Ostozhenka Street, Patriarshiye Ponds and in the area of Tverskaya Street.
Analysts note that as of March 2018, in the primary market of Moscow, an average area of a classical penthouse amounted to 300 square meters. The average offer was estimated at 425 million rubles ($7,4 million). The cheapest items in the luxury segment were at a price of 175 million rubles ($3 million).
