A luxury 8-storey parking for 50,000 cars with an outdoor 50-meter swimming pool on the roof as well as a fitness club and cafe will appear in western Moscow.
This is what the Moscow City Architecture Committee told Construction.RU on Friday. The project will be implemented by a company belonging to the Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich. The area of the complex located on Krylatskaya street will be over 30,000 square meters. According to the project, the building will consist of two blocks with different functionalities: while the public zones will be decorated with panoramic glazing, the parking will be enclosed with metal slats.
When sitting in the cafe, visitors will be able to enjoy the view of the park Krylatskie Holmy and the Grebnoi Canal. Nearby, a 50-meter swimming pool will be located, which will operate all year round. The project is commissioned by the company Medical Estate controlled by a Cypriot offshore company which beneficiary is Roman Abramovich.
